SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a credit voucher (valid for 6 months). Return shipping fees of AED 13 apply, and multiple returns per order are allowed.
Please note that swimwear and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping
Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1–2 business days after processing. A delivery fee of AED 10 applies to orders below AED 100. Currently, we do not ship outside the UAE. All applicable duties and taxes are included in the overall shipping cost.
