Returns
At Nautica ME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please review the information below.
Steps to Create a Return
- Go to My Account > Order History > Create Return and submit a request for the items you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a collection of your item(s). A shipping fee of AED 13 per courier collection will apply and will be deducted from your refund amount. Multiple items can be included in a single return request.
- After your item(s) are received, our warehouse team will conduct a quality inspection to ensure they meet our return conditions. Please allow up to 5 working days for collection and inspection.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed.
- Credit/Debit Card orders will be refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded as Nautica Store Credit.
- Please allow 10–14 working days for the refund or store credit to be processed and reflected, based on your bank's processing timelines.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Returned in original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Free from stains, damage, alterations, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear
- Swimwear
- Socks
- Fragrances
- Hygiene-sensitive products
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item, incorrect item, or have a missing item in your order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
- No return fee will be charged
- Supporting images may be requested for verification
- Priority assistance and resolution will be provided
Missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Steps to Create an Exchange
- Go to My Account > Order History > Create Exchange and submit a request for the items you wish to exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please allow up to 5 working days for collection and inspection.
- Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a collection of your item(s). Please allow up to 5 working days for collection and inspection.
- After your item(s) are received, our warehouse team will conduct a quality inspection to ensure they meet our exchange conditions.
- Once approved, your replacement item will be processed and dispatched.
- Tracking details will be shared once your replacement order has been shipped.
- A shipping fee of AED 13 per courier collection will apply.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Returned in original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Free from stains, damage, alterations, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
