ONLINE EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We strive for you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase.
A customer will be allowed to return the product/s purchased from www.nautica-ae.com website through multiple options as explained below if it meets the criteria of;
- Return order processed within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Multiple returns per order are allowed. Customers will get a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box fee and other additional charges. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Shipping fees will be AED 13.
- The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition with all tags attached and in their original boxes (whenever possible) to ensure credit. Please also include all paperwork, parts and accessories, if applicable.
- The following items are marked as final sale and may not be returned.
